The Broadway Business Improvement District (Broadway BID) presents the 33rd Annual Broadway Street Fair!
As Broadway District's largest event of the year, Broadway Street Fair will be hosted the Saturday following September long weekend; Saturday, September 10, 2016.
An electric array of street performers, vendors, artists, musicians, and dancers transform Broadway into a street fair! As always the event features sidewalk sales, music and dance stages, silent auction, and for kids FREE Kids Kingdom! From 10 am to 5 pm, The Broadway BID looks forward to hosting the community for another sunny Street Fair!
This year marks the biggest Street Fair yet, as we reveal our new Broadway logo and freshly paved roads. The Broadway BID is in its 30th year of animating Saskatoon's beloved commercial district to local visitors and tourists alike. With new branding in place and a renewed vision for the future, the BBID is looking forward to this exciting time for Broadway!

You must complete one (1) of the following methods of registration.
- Register & Pay Online -Pay vendor fee online and complete the survey attached on Picatic (www.picatic.com/BWStreetFair2016). By submitting your registration online you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
- Register & Pay In Office - Print off the registration form located below, and fill out completely. Once complete, payment via cash or cheque made payable to Broadway Business Improvement District, can be dropped off at the Broadway BID office on 813 Broadway Ave Monday through Friday between 9am to 5pm.
Please be adviced that due to space restraints, Broadway Street Fair 2016 will possess a vendor capacity, with a total of 80 spaces available. Furthermore, there is a maximum of 10 Not-For-Profit spaces and 15 Food Vendor Spaces.
Special Note for Food Vendors
All participating food vendors must submit a completed Saskatoon Health Region Temporary Food Service at a Special Event Form to the Broadway BID no later than Sunday, August 21. A copy of the form can be found below. Please return the form via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by person to the BBID office at 813 Broadway Ave. If your food service vehicle (i.e. food truck/hot dog cart) already owns a license from the Saskatoon Health Region, you do not need to fill out the Temporary Food Service Form. Instead, you are required to indicate your license number on your Street Fair registration form. Refunds will not be available if the following form is not completed and handed in by August 21st.
